Award Description

The Entrepreneur Award recognises an emerging hairstylist who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and success in building a business in addition to being hairstylist within the industry.

The recipient will have shown resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to their vision, setting a benchmark for other aspiring hairstylist who want to expand beyond the chair.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Entrepreneur Award, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a practising hairstylist building a business within the hairstyling industry.
• Must have at least two years of experience running a business.
• Must demonstrate innovation, growth, and leadership in their entrepreneurial journey.

Review and Selection Process

Initial Review:

A judging panel of esteemed hairstylists will review all applications, focusing on entrepreneurial innovation, business growth, and industry impact.

Winner:

The Entrepreneur Award winner will be announced online before Tress Gala. The winner will be invited to attend Tress Gala, where they will receive a trophy and be featured across Tressly platforms and media outlets.
